Underwater Nightclub Maldives

The Maldives is one dream destination that is most likely already on your bucket list. Crystal clear oceans, sands as white as snow, enchanting underwater worlds as well as some of the worlds most luxurious and high-end accommodations.

Amongst some of these elite resorts is PER AQUUM Niyam a twin islands resort that offers double the experience. These two destinations are appropriately named Play and Chill. Between the two there is a combined total of 11 rooms, categories ranging from beach side villas to two-bedroom pavilions. The two sides of the resort connect via walking bridge. On the Chill side guests will find a spa and quiet pools, while the Play side where guests can dine and explore.

Among the nine restaurants PER AQUUM offers the most impressive by far is the underwater nightclub. The eatery is called Subsix and has become one of the most popular on the islands, since its debut in 2012. Subsix offers a 270-degree view of natures beautiful underwater playground. Don’t worry no scuba diving needed! The eatery is reached by boat and located 19 feet below the surface with floor to ceiling windows. The restaurant is open only for lunch and at night it turns into a bustling night club where you can dance the night away next to manta rays, colorful fish and a coral reef.
