The New Age of Converse

The Converse Chuck Taylor is an American staple. Think about it; Chuck Taylor's one of the only shoes that your parents wore and that you willingly wear today. I’m sure if you asked anyone they'll tell you about the multiple pairs they have in their closet.

 This legendary shoe has made history over the past 100 years because the iconic design of the Chuck Taylor has never been modified… not one bit. But the time has come to make a change. Parent company, Nike is coming in and finally giving the beloved shoe an upgrade. The new shoe will have Lunarlon lining, padded collars and micro suede material. All to make this flat-footed sneaker feel a little more comfortable. With these upgrades there will be a slight price increase. Although we would say it’s the perfect twist on a classic shoe.
