Last night in the city of New York at Le Poisson Rouge - Next Collective brought in special guest, Christian Scott AKA Christian aTunde Adjuah and made waves with some soulful jazz.

New Orleans born jazz artist, Scott has been nominated for a Grammy Award as composer and producer. He has been heralded by JazzTimes magazine as the “the Architect of a new commercially viable fusion” as well as the title of Jazz’s young style God. Releasing about four studio albums and a live record, fashion forward Christian Scott and Next Collective belted out several tunes with in one uniform jam fest yesterday night.Ben Williams on the bass and Logan Richardson on the alto sax without fail added flair when the entire ensemble did their rendition of Marvin’s Room along with Scott.
