iOS 7 - Apple Blew Our Minds

It’s no secret that Apple and Samsung are two of the biggest tech giants in the mobile sphere. Well, their extensively documented competition is about to heat up once again. During its annual Worldwide Developers Conference, Apple announced the arrival of its anticipated iOS 7, which is tentatively coming out this fall, and we’re happy to say there are some notable and exciting differences.http://youtu.be/1aqsW7EFNkwLet’s start by mentioning the completely new design of iOS 7, it’s the biggest change to the iPhone, iPad, and iPod design since the devices first launched. Keeping up with Apple’s monopoly over mobile simplicity, the new design features something we haven’t seen so far; translucent layers that make the icons and the entire look of the phone appear even more slick and polished. And then there are the cute animations like falling snowflakes and raindrops to give the devices a more realistic fluidity.New apps are also implemented into the latest design, like a flashlight app or the uber cool translucent Control Center that will pop up with a swipe of your finger. While you will still be able to adjust the majority of your settings via the Settings app, the new Control Center will make it faster and much, much easier. Siri is also completely revamped, it's a lot faster, smoother and smarter, and can now be male or female - pretty cool!appleA number of updates to the Notifications Center are expected; missed calls, to-do lists, and other personal info will appear on the drop-down screen without you having to unlock your phone. Can you say, “Super convenient”? Multitasking is new and improved as well; all of the running apps will be displayed in preview mode so that you can choose the one you need.Oh, and did we mention the iTunes Radio, hmm, maybe we didn’t, but you can think of it as Apple's version of Pandora. Never mind the vast improvements to the photos and sharing options that are going to make your user experience a lot smoother, but we don’t want to give too much away here. While there are even more features to get excited about with iOS 7, we really hope we peaked your interest, so visit Apple to learn more!Video Source: YouTubeImage Source: readwrite.com
