During her interview with Raine Magazine Wool was asked about her views on mistakes people in her industry make, particularly young and creative entrepreneurs. The biggest mistake I see is people blaming and focusing on the grind of the industry, Breeda says, I believe if you focus on the beauty of your work and remember it is a gift, to be able to creatively play, then you will excel. It is clear that Ms. Wool has valuable and realistic insight into her industry and is ready to share it will fellow entrepreneurs.Get the scoop below on Breeda Wool or read the full interview in Volume 24 of Raine Magazine. I got a degree in Psychology and even though I loved acting I was considering applying for graduate school to become a film director or even an art therapist. They sat me down during graduation and told me that they believed in me and that they really thought I should pursue a career in acting. They were both huge advocates for doing what you love. My father had a science lab in his attic as a child in Ireland and then became a very accomplished green material scientist. Growing from her childhood dreams, my mother became an artist and history professor. They both believed that if you pursue what you love, if you go after your childhood game, then you had the best opportunity for success. They have been my biggest supporters. I am so extraordinarily grateful for their love and guidance; they¹ve certainly clapped me back to life a few times.

RAINE: What are some of the challenges you have faced while building your acting portfolio?WOOL: Ha! Well basically every step of an acting career is a Catch 22. You can¹t get the job unless you¹ve already gotten a job almost exactly like it. You just have to keep looking, keep doing, keep growing, never take anything personally, and try not to be a jerk, ever.

RAINE: What advice would you give budding entrepreneurs in the film industry?WOOL: Don’t wait around for someone to give you permission to create. You have hundreds of platforms to make amazing work. Create content, find your community, and start today.
