The Rihanna for River Island signature line now retails exclusively at Opening Ceremony in the United States and Japan. However, Rihanna fans and River Island “loyals” alike, in the host cities last Monday, were granted a head start of sorts and were fortunate enough to peruse the highly anticipated collaboration a full day ahead of the global online and store launch scheduled for Tuesday, March 5th. The early launch event in Manhattan’s SoHo district also marked the unveiling of the intimate exhibit, highlighting seven of Rihanna’s most imposing ensembles to date, appropriately titled “RIHtrospective.”
