A Refine, Define, and Divine Artistic Palette | Sotheby’s Art of Food

It’s said that art is a vehicle of passion and a window to the soul. The same can be said about food. What if we were to tell you that when art and food unite the two different, but rather similar, worlds can create a beautiful symphony? On Saturday, February 4, 2017 the world-renowned Sotheby’s hosted its annual Art of Food event, where guests were invited to feed their artistic appetite.

Sotheby’s was founded by Samuel Baker and George Leigh in London, England on March 11, 1744 and is known today known as one of the world's largest brokers of fine and decorative art, jewelry, real estate, and collectibles. With 90 locations in 40 countries and critically acclaimed as the world's largest art business as measured by global sales, it’s no wonder why today they reign supreme. The Art of Food unifies the love and undeniable passion for art, all the while incorporating a savored flavor for the most refined palette.
