On Saturday, November 11, 2017, the charming and elegantly clad restaurant will host its White Truffle Festival, as the entire dining room transforms into an elaborate Italian celebration. Ai Fiori partners with Urbani and Prunotto, along with many of the Altamarea Group chefs from Ai Fiori, Marea, Osteria Morini, and more, to host a grand tasting. Prepare for an evening to remember as guests are taken through an Italian excursion of taste, sights, and sounds. The event taking place from (7 – 11 PM) presents a rendering of pasta, egg, risotto, crudo, porchetta, battilardo, formaggi, and dolci stations, along with passed canapes, all adorned with white truffles, to the backdrop of live music.
