Ladies and gents...The Lamborghini Egoista. Photo courtesy of Lamborghini That is, of course, if you fall into their exclusive "wealthy and demanding" clientele category. The Lamborghini Egoista wasn't designed for just anybody. As a concept design, some kinks still remain, however, if the Egoista does indeed see the light of day on the production line, one can expect its price point to stretch well into the millions. Lamborghini created the Egoista as a segment of their ongoing 50th birthday celebration. One hell of a birthday gift, huh?Shall we delve into some details? Featuring bright orange highlights, the cockpit is completely customized for the driver and can be removed from the rest of the car. How cool is that? As an additional provision, a nascar-esque harness to hold the driver in place. You'll also find a head-up readout a la those used for jet fighter design. Photo courtesy of Lamborghini Photo courtesy of Lamborghini The driving machine's exterior design resembles a raging bull, head and horns at ground level are sure to strike fear in the hearts of road companions. True to form, the Egoista maintains varying aerodynamic aids including flaps that open and close “depending on the driving conditions,” according to Lamborghini. It would be remiss to neglect the 600-horsepower and mid-mounted 5.2-liter V-10 engine. What more can a driver ask for? Talk about a BIG ego. Doesn't get any bigger.
