Innovative, dynamic and eye-catching are three things these Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week (MBFW) presenters have in common, along with their own unique style and statement pieces. Lela Rose, Donna Karan and Carolina Herrera are spicing up the runway with their 2015 Spring/Summer collections at this years MBFW!
The ready-to-wear and bridal wear designer, Lela Rose, is making a repeat appearance at MBFW. The Texas native pulls inspiration from her surroundings which influences the use of both neutral tones and pops of color in her collections. Known for not skimping on the quality of her pieces, Lela is showing Fashion Week-goers that color, exquisite fabric and an open mind are essential for creating the pieces seen making their debut down the runway.
Internationally known fashion icon, Donna Karan, embodies the epitome of classic style , sexy-chic and versatility. Her collections have always zoned in on aesthetics and how staple pieces can come together and create a tailored, trendy look. Her beliefs are projected through each of her pieces as she says, "For me, designing is an expression of who I am as a woman, with all the complications, feelings and emotions" (DonnaKaren.com).
A great amongst the seasoned vets of the fashion industry, Carolina Herrera, has taken her impeccable personal style and expanded her gift to styling First Ladies, A-List celebrities and designing collections for various tastes around the world. Elegant, bold and always fashionable, Carolina Herrera will forever be known as one of the best dressed and most sought after designers. She has managed to continuously awe fashionistas with her collections after decades of fabulous creations and there is no sign of that reign ending anytime soon.
